Competition Terms & Conditions
- Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
- Entry is open only to Australian residents over the age of 18. Entry is not open to Byford Accountants staff.
- All prizes must be collected from Unit 3 / 1 Beenyup Road, Byford, WA.
- No prizes can be exchanged for cash or other services.
- The competitors are listed and a “random number generator” selects the winner.
- The winner must follow all the rules on the competition.
- All winners will be notified by Facebook or Instagram. If they have not responded within 24 hours then the prize will be re-drawn and given to the next winner.
- Byford Business Centre reserves the right to disqualify any individuals who tamper with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. Byford Accountants have the ultimate right to decide the winner.
- The name of the winner may be used for promotional purposes by Byford Business Centre / Byford Legal / Mal Dobson and Associates / Eversharp Financial Services and Byford Accountants, unless a winner otherwise notifies Byford Business Centre at the time of accepting their prize.

Terms & Conditions
Basics interest rate changes
Basic Special Offers are valid from 12 September 2017 until withdrawn. An Everyday Basics transaction account will be opened for all new customers that do not already hold a Bank transaction account.
Pre-approvals are excluded.
Home Package Plus and Standard Interest Rates are effective from 12 September 2017
Annual Interest in Advance Loans are effective from 12 September 2017
The Home Package Plus Discounts are applied for as long as the home loan remains part of the Home Package Plus.
Interest rates and discounts are subject to change without notice. Discounts margins may be withdrawn at any time before a contract is entered into. Discounts are applied to the applicable Standard Interest Rate at the day Settlement.
^The standard Fixed Rate offered on the day of settlement of the loan will apply unless the rate is secured by paying a Guaranteed Rate Fee. At expiry of the Fixed Rate period, the rate will revert to the applicable Standard Variable Interest Rate less any applicable margin discount specified in your credit contract.
Loan to Value Ratio (LVR) limits are inclusive of Lenders Mortgage Insurance (LMI) where applicable. Loans with LVR limits of 90% to ≤95% are only available with a repayment type of principal and interest. A repayment type of interest only is available on loans with an LVR limit < 90%.
